I have 30+ years of experience as a competitive athlete, strength & conditioning coach, rehabilitation specialist, and personal fitness trainer. I work with clients from all walks of life and have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes; from busy executives with work-related repetitive stress conditions to professional-level athletes recovering from severe injuries.

I take a full-spectrum approach to training and focus not only on treating existing conditions but also on giving you the tools to manage them in the future and prevent re-injury.

In addition to rehabilitation services, I also offer performance-driven athletic training programs that incorporate weight lifting, cardiovascular conditioning, plyometric exercises, and sports-specific regimens. As a former competitive long distance runner and weight lifter, I strongly identify with the goals and mindsets of serious athletes.
